Returns

We hope you enjoy the jewellery you purchase from Snazzy Stones, so if for whatever reason you would like to do an exchange or refund we are happy to do so within our 30 day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and in the same condition you received it with the original tags. The request must also be made within 30 days of your purchase date. If over 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To start a return or an exchange please email us at snazzystones@gmail.com with the following information:

• Full Name
• Order Number (or item purchased if in person)
• Purchase Date
• Reason for Return/Exchange

Warranty

We only replace or refund items if the piece is deemed to have a manufacturing defect and the request is made within the 30 days of the purchase date. Regular wear and tear or damage caused to the jewellery is not covered under our warranty.
